Terms of reservation

Check-in at the hotel is from 4 pm. to 10:30 pm. Luggage drop-off can be done from 10:30 am. For a late arrival (after 9 pm.), it is mandatory to contact the hotel by phone or by email (contact@hotel-lesplanade.fr), on the day of your arrival, otherwise the hotel, if could not set up a specific procedure for a late arrival, may consider the reservation as canceled for No-show and cancellation fees may be applied. The hotel will be entitled to rent the room to someone else. On the day of departure from the hotel, the room must be vacated no later than 11:00 am, after this time the hotel reserves the right to charge late departure fees. If during your stay at the hotel, you expect to be accompanied by one or more animals, it is imperative to ask the hotel reception service beforehand, which will inform you of the conditions of acceptance. If no acceptance is received and confirmed by the hotel, the reservation may be considered canceled and the cancellation conditions will apply. In all cases, only one animal can be accepted in the room and its weight cannot exceed 30kg.

Terms of cancellation

Possibility of free cancellation up to 7 days before the date of your stay. Less than 7 days before your arrival date, the full amount of the reservation will be due to the establishment. The special "Non-refundable" rate has no possible refund period.
